Damp Proofing and Structural Work to Renovate Older Home
On this project we knocked off the existing plaster on ground floor and then treated the walls with damp proofing products.
We then rendered the walls ready for the client's team of plasterers to come in and skim everything.
We also carried out roofing work and installed steel beams that were made to plan with the wall plates being welded and drilled in my dad's workshop.
Then we removed the walls that were coming out to make the property open-plan. We tidied everything up ready for decorating - ahering to building regulations and following structural engineers plans and architects drawings.
